This tent has been pitched in all weather from the 14/04/21 and was taken down on the 02/07/21 (it has been up for approximately 11/12 weeks (79 days), pictures taken 02/07/21). It has been pitched on our display which is outside and open to all weathers. It has taken more UV damage due to it’s location on our display. We would recommend reproofing the awning to protect the roof with either Fabsil, Nikwax Tent and Gear Solarproof or Kampa Tent and Awning Protector to help the extend the life of the material.
Prolonged exposure to sunlight weakens the material, which fades and becomes brittle. This is called UV Degradation. This tent is not covered under warranty.
There has been some minor damage done to the side door mesh panel, see pictures, most likely due to the wind rubbing against the door and forming clumps of mesh. There is also some holes in the groundsheet due some stones that were underneath the groundsheet we used. These may require a small amount of repair tape in the future to stop further tears.
Please note that is a display tent and thus will have some marks/dirt as it has been displayed outside and these can be cleaned using Nikwax Tech Wash and a stiff brush to remove the dirt/grime from being on display. Any further questions please contact us and we will try to respond as soon as possible.
It comes complete with the pump, pegs and carry bag. This listing does not include the carpet or footprint.
Also we are unable to accept returns for display items due to the nature of product and they are sold as seen.
